 1) SHEET CS 1 - MULTIPLE OCCUPANCIES ARE INDICATED;
 HOWEVER, THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS NOT.
  
 6.1.14 MULTIPLE OCCUPANCIES.
 6.1.14.1 GENERAL.
 6.1.14.1.1 MULTIPLE OCCUPANCIES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF 6.1.14.1 AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 (1) MIXED OCCUPANCIES ? 6.1.14.3
 (2) SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES ? 6.1.14.4
 6.1.14.1.2 WHERE EXIT ACCESS FROM AN OCCUPANCY

 6.1.14.2 DEFINITIONS.
 6.1.14.2.1 MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY. A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE
 IN WHICH TWO OR MORE CLASSES OF OCCUPANCY EXIST.
 6.1.14.2.2 MIXED OCCUPANCY. A MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY WHERE
 THE OCCUPANCIES ARE INTERMINGLED.
 6.1.14.2.3 SEPARATED OCCUPANCY. A MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCIES ARE SEPARATED BY FIRE
 RESISTANCE?RATED ASSEMBLIES.
 6.1.14.3 MIXED OCCUPANCIES.
 6.1.14.3.1 EACH PORTION OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 CLASSIFIED AS TO ITS USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6.1
 6.1.14.3.2* THE BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MOST
 RESTRICTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPANCIES INVOLVED,
 UNLESS SEPARATE SAFEGUARDS ARE APPROVED.
 6.1.14.4 SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES.
 6.1.14.4.1 WHERE SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES ARE PROVIDED,
 EACH PART OF THE BUILDING COMPRISING A DISTINCT
 OCCUPANCY, AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, SHALL BE
 COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM OTHER OCCUPANCIES BY
 FIRE-RESISTIVE ASSEMBLIES, AS SPECIFIED IN 6.1.14.4.2,
 6.1.14.4.3, TABLE 6.1.14.4.1(A), AND TABLE
 6.1.14.4.1(B), UNLESS SEPARATION IS PROVIDED BY
 APPROVED EXISTING SEPARATIONS.
  
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND ENSURE
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEPARATION REQUIRERMENTS.
  
  
  
  
 2) SHEET A 1 - AN ELEVATOR ROOM IS INDICATED WITHIN THE
 STAIRWELL. PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 7, MEANS OF EGRESS,
  
 7.1.3.2.3* AN EXIT ENCLOSURE SHALL NOT BE USED FOR ANY
 PURPOSE THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO INTERFERE WITH ITS
 USE AS AN EXIT AND, IF SO DESIGNATED, AS AN AREA OF
 REFUGE. (SEE ALSO 7.2.2.5.3.)
  
 7.2.2.5.3* USABLE SPACE. ENCLOSED, USABLE SPACES WITHIN
 EXIT ENCLOSURES SHALL BE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING UNDER
 STAIRS, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY 7.2.2.5.3.2.
 7.2.2.5.3.1 OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE EXIT ENCLOSURE SHALL
 NOT BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
 INTERFERE WITH EGRESS.
 7.2.2.5.3.2 ENCLOSED, USABLE SPACE SHALL BE PERMITTED
 UNDER STAIRS, PROVIDED THAT BOTH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
 CRITERIA ARE MET:
 (1) THE SPACE SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE STAIR
 ENCLOSURE BY THE SAME FIRE RESISTANCE AS THE EXIT
 ENCLOSURE.
 (2) ENTRANCE TO THE ENCLOSED, USABLE SPACE SHALL NOT BE
 FROM WITHIN THE STAIR ENCLOSURE. (SEE ALSO 7.1.3.2.3.)
 (3) THE SPACE IS NOT USED FOR THE STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE,
 OR OTHERWISE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
  
 THE DESIGN DOES NOT MEET THE CODE REQUIREMENTS. THERE
 IS NO RATING INDICATED FOR THE CEILING. THE ENTRANCE
 DOOR IS WITHIN THE ENCLOSURE.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW AND CORRECT.
  
  
  
  
 3) SHEET LS 1 - THERE IS A LIGHTWEIGHT ROOF SIGN
 INDICATED; HOWEVER, A ROOF AND FLOOR (R/F) IS REQUIRED.
  
 PER FLORIDA 69A-60.0081; NOTICE SIGNAGE IS REQUIRED FOR
 STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION.
 ANY COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR ANY MULTIUNIT
 RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE OF THREE UNITS OR MORE WHICH USES
 HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS-TYPE
 CONSTRUCTION IN ANY PORTION SHALL BE MARKED WITH A
 MALTESE CROSS SIGN MEASURING 8 INCHES HORIZONTALLY AND
 8 INCHES VERTICALLY, OF A BRIGHT RED REFLECTIVE COLOR.
 THE APPROVED SYMBOL SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN 24 INCHES TO
 THE LEFT OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR.
 1. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS ROOFS SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH THE LETTER "R".
 2. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTER "F".
 3. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR AND ROOF
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTERS "R/F".
  
  
  
 4) SHEETS LS 1 & 2 - THERE IS A NOTE INDICATING THE
 EGRESS CAPACITY AT THE 2ND FLOOR STAIWELL DOORS 36" AT
 .2 = 180; HOWEVER, PER NFPA 101 CHAPTER 7, .3 SHALL BE
 USED FOR STAIRWELLS. THOUGH NO DIMESION IS INDICATED,
 FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES; 36" AT .3 = 120. THE EGRESS
 CAPACITY IS THE LESSER OF THE TWO CALCULATIONS.
  
 7.3.3* EGRESS CAPACITY.
 7.3.3.1 EGRESS CAPACITY FOR APPROVED COMPONENTS OF
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE BASED ON THE CAPACITY FACTORS
