 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) WHAT IS THE EXISTING SPA BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE?
 THE APPROVED SITE PLAN THAT STAFF HAS ON FILE INDICATES
 THAT THE SPA BUILDING IS 3,556 SQ. FT., WHICH IS
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE NUMBERS PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT
 SET. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2.) AN APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE IBIS
 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (RPD) IS REQUIRED
 THROUGH THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL
 AND APPROVAL OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT BY THE ZONING
 DIVISION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 ENCLOSURE MUST BE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 5 PERCENT OF
 THE EXISTING SPA BUILDING IN ORDER FOR THE AMENDMENT TO
 BE CONSIDERED MINOR. [ZLDR S.94-207(E)]
