 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) REQUIRED SURVEY NOT FOUND WITH THE PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL. BASED ON STAFF'S RESEARCH OF THE PROPERTY
 AND PAST BUILDING PERMITS, THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
 SEEM TO ADDRESS THE GARAGE BUILDING IN THE REAR OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE PERMIT PLANS INDICATE THAT THE GARAGE
 STRUCTURE WAS CONVERTED TO AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT;
 HOWEVER, BUILDING PERMIT HISTORY FOR THE PROPERTY DOES
 NOT SUPPORT THIS CONVERSION. ADDITIONALLY, THE PROPERTY
 IS ZONED SF7, WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW FOR AN ACCESSORY
 DWELLING UNIT ON THE PROPERTY. THEREFORE, THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENT IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 2.) IF THE PROPERTY OWNER CANNOT PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE
 THAT THE REAR STRUCTURE HAS BEEN COVERTED TO A DWELLING
 UNIT LEGALLY, THEN THE OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVERT
 THE REAR STRUCTURE BACK TO A GARAGE, AS THE ZONING DOES
 NOT SUPPORT MORE THAN ONE (1) UNIT ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
