 THE PLAN SHOWS A 1ST FLOOR AND 2ND FLOOR. THE 2ND FLOOR
 APPEAR TO BE A PARTIAL FLOOR, OPEN TO THE FLOOR BELOW.
 IF THIS A MEZZANINE OR LOFT, IT APPEARS THAT FAIR
 HOUSING WOULD CONSIDER THIS A SINGLE STORY UNIT. IF
 THIS IS A MULTI STORY UNIT (1ST FLOOR AND 2ND FLOOR),
 PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO HOW THIS HAS BEEN DETERMINED
 THAT THIS WAS PERMITTED AS TWO SEPARATE FLOORS (PERHAPS
 ORIGINAL BUILDING PERMIT PLANS?). SEE FBC 505.
  
 IF FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED, REVISE PLAN AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 REVISE PLAN TO REMOVE REFERENCES TO 1ST FLOOR AND 2ND
 FLOOR, SHOULD BE 1ST FLOOR AND LOFT OR MEZZANINE.
  
 INCLUDE DETAILS AND DIMENSION WHICH SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH FAIR HOUSING. PAPA SHOWS THIS BUILDING AS
 CONSTRUCTED IN 2001, SO FIRST OCCUPANCY WAS AFTER MARCH
 13, 1991 (FHA EFFECTIVE DATE). REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE
 THE SAFE HARBOR DESIGN METHOD (OR OTHER METHOD). SEE

 FBC B 1207.2, 1207.3, AND 603.1 ARE REQUIRED.
  
 4. SCOPE NOT CLEAR. A1 ITEMS 1ST FL #5, 2ND FL #1,
 OTHER PLACES, REFER TO REUSE OF STAIR RAIL AT NEW
 RISERS. NO NEW RISERS ARE SHOWN. REVISE OR CLARIFY, FBC
 107. THERE APPEAR TO BE NOTES THROUGHOUT THE PLAN WHICH
 SHOULD BE REMOVED OR REVISED AS THE LOFT ADDITION HAS
 BEEN REMOVED FROM SCOPE.
  
 5. FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS WERE NOT PROVIDED, FBC 107.3.5.
 WILL THE EXISTING SYSTEM NEED TO BE MODIFIED? REVISE
 PLAN TO INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS (EXISTING MAY REMAIN, OR
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLAN ON SEPARATE PERMIT?)
  
 6. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE DESIGN CRITERIA FOR GLASS
 STAIR RAILING, FBC 1607.8. ENGINEERED DEAILS AND
 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. IF
 THIS IS NOT PROVIDED AT THIS TIME, SUBJECT TO THE FIELD
 INSPECTOR'S DISCRETION, A REVISION (WITH FEES) MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 IF THE GLASS RAILING IS NOT TO BE INSTALLED, REMOVE
 REFERENCES FROM THE PLAN.
  
 7. SHEET S1, SPECIFY HOW THE RELOCATED STEEL POST WILL
