 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET INDICATES THIS IS A S2
 OCCUPANCY AND THE OFFICE BEING AN ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY.
 WITH THE S2 OCCUPANCY DECLARED AS 5760 SQ. FT. AND THE
 BUSINESS/ OFFICE 1,419 SQ. FT. THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 IS OVER 10 % OF THE FLOOR AREA, CLOSER TO 25% MAKING
 THIS A MIXED USE OCCUPANCY. SEE 2014 FBC-B 508.2.1 AREA
 LIMITATIONS. AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT
 OCCUPY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA.
  
 2) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES THE STORAGE OCCUPANCY
 TO BE AN S2. PLEASE LIST THE TYPES OF ARTICLES TO BE
 STORED IN THIS FACILITY CLASSIFYING IT AN S2 TYPE OF
 OCCUPANCY. FBC-B 311.3 LOW-HAZARD STORAGE- GROUP S-2.
  
 3) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A NEW
 OPENING BETWEEN THE 2 TENANT SPACES IDENTIFIED 9B AND
 UNIT 10. THIS IS AN OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WALL WHICH
 WOULD REQUIRE FIRE RATING FOUND IN FBC-B TABLE 508.4
 FOR FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS A 1 HOUR, SEE OPENING
 PROTECTIVES TABLE 716.5.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 DETAIL # 1 INDICATES THE ENCLOSING OF A 12
 FOOT HIGH 10 FOOT WIDE OVERHEAD DOOR OPENING. THIS SAME
 DETAIL HAS SECTION 1A & 2. THIS DETAIL IS NOT CLEAR AS
 TO THE METAL STUD HEADER. THE PLANS ARE SILENT TO THE
 SIZE OF THE STUDS, GAUGE OF METAL, YIELD STRENGTH, HOW
 THE BOXED HEADER WILL ATTACH TO THE (COLUMNS) MAIN WIND
 FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM? THE PLANS ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE
 THE SIZE OF THE EXTERIOR BEARING WALL STEEL STUD
 INFILL. 2014 FBC-B 2211.4 WALL STUD DESIGN.

 CRITERIA PER 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4. THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF
 THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE STRUCTURE:

 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT,
 TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE.
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 ON A SUSPENDED CEILING WITH REMOVALABLE CEILING TILES
 SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE MINIMUM THERMAL
 RESISTANCE OF THE ROOF INSULATION.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
