 USE/OCCUPANCY FROM DOCTOR'S OFFICE TO TEMPORARY FIRE
 STATION #9 HAS EXPIRED.
 2. IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 SUBMIT PLANS. NO PLANS ON FILE,
 3. LIFE SAFETY ISSUES WERE NEVER ADDRESSED: SMOKE
 ALARMS, FIRE ALARM, ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGN.
 4. THIS CURRENT APPLICATION IS FOR THE RENOVATION OF
 ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOM #2: INSTALLATION OF A NEW
 SHOWER.
 4A. CANNOT VERIFY SHOWER OR ROOM COMPLIES WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION ON PLAN:
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE, GRAB BARS, CONTROLS LOCATION,
 ROLL-IN ACCESS, ETC.
  
 SECTION 111 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 [A] 111.1 USE AND OCCUPANCY.
 NO BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL BE USED OR OCCUPIED, AND
 NO CHANGE IN THE EXISTING OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE MADE,
 UNTIL THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS ISSUED A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY THEREFOR AS PROVIDED HEREIN. ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN
 APPROVAL OF A VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 OR OF OTHER ORDINANCES OF THE JURISDICTION.
  
 SECTION 108 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND USES
 [A] 108.1 GENERAL.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT
 FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY USES. SUCH
 PERMITS SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME OF SERVICE, BUT
 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 180 DAYS. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT EXTENSIONS FOR
 DEMONSTRATED CAUSE.
  
 603 TOILET AND BATHING ROOMS
 603.1 GENERAL.
 TOILET AND BATHING ROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH 603.
 603.2 CLEARANCES.
 CLEARANCES SHALL COMPLY WITH 603.2.
 603.2.1 TURNING SPACE.
 TURNING SPACE COMPLYING WITH 304 SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WITHIN THE ROOM.
 603.2.2 OVERLAP.
 REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACES, CLEARANCE AT FIXTURES, AND
 TURNING SPACE SHALL BE PERMITTED TO OVERLAP.
 603.2.3 DOOR SWING.
 DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
