 (A) EXEMPTIONS TO HEIGHT LIMITS. HEATING, VENTILATION,
 AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT; CHURCH STEEPLES, BELL
 TOWERS, FLAG POLES, CHIMNEYS, PARAPETS, STAIR
 ENCLOSURES, TANKS, DECORATIVE FEATURES, ELEVATOR
 HOISTWAYS OR EQUIPMENT, TELEVISION OR RADIO ANTENNAS,
 AND RELATED MECHANICAL OR FUNCTIONAL FEATURES MAY
 EXCEED DISTRICT HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS BY TEN PERCENT.
  
 OVERHANG FOR BALCONIES CANNOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 3 FEET
 INTO SETBACKS. PLEASE PROVIDE BALCONY ENCROACHMENT.
  
 STRUCTURAL INTRUSIONS. STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS, INCLUDING
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO BALCONIES, CORNICES, GUTTERS, EAVES,
 AND ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER
 THAN THREE FEET INTO ANY SETBACK.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLAN AS A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
