 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT.
 FL ADMIN CODE 61G15-23.002 ENGINEERS. EFFECTIVE DATE
 05/06/2009. (2)(A) EVERY SHEET OF PLANS AND PRINTS
 WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
 471, F.S., SHALL BE SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
  
 2) SHEETS RW-2 THROUGH RW-5 SHOW AN ELEVATION CHANGE
 GREATER THAN 30 INCHES A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR A GUARDRAIL SYSTEM THAT COMPLIES WITH 2014
 FBC-B 1013.2 1013.2 AND 1013.3.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
