 CHECKLIST.
 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- REVISED FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A NEW WINDOW ADJACENT TO
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS #104. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE SIZE AND TYPE OF WINDOW. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 RESPONSE: CONTRACTOR'S E-MAIL RESPONSE STATED THAT
 THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL WINDOW. REVISED SHEET S101
 CLEARLY SHOWS FRAMING PLAN #2 WITH CLOUDED #3 REVISION
 WHERE THE ADDITIONAL WINDOW IS SHOWN. IT ALSO SHOWS
 THAT DOOR #102 WAS REVISED FROM FRENCH DOORS TO SLIDING
 GLASS DOORS. PLEASE REVISE ALL PLANS INCLUDING
 ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW WINDOW TO THE THE
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS SIZES
 AND ATTACHMENTS. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
 RESPONSE: SEE RESPONSE TO COMMENT #1 ABOVE.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) NEW WINDOW ADJACENT TO SLIDING GLASS DOORS #104 AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS. COORDINATE SIZE AND TYPE WITH ITEM #1
 ABOVE.
 RESPONSE: SEE RESPONSE TO COMMENT #1 ABOVE.
  
 B) MULLION IF SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD ON
 ITEM #1 ABOVE. CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE OF MULLION AND
 FASTENERS.
 RESPONSE: SEE RESPONSE TO COMMENT #1 ABOVE.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 RESPONSE: SEE RESPONSE TO COMMENT #1 ABOVE.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
 DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS
 FOR REFERENCE.
