 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) 3/23/17 REPEAT COMMENT: SURVEY MUST BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED.
  
 2.) 3/23/17 REPEAT COMMENT: THE MODIFIED CURB CUTS ON
 PERSHING WAY AND THE ALLEY REQUIRES A ROW PERMIT FROM
 THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 3.) 3/23/17 REPEAT COMMENT: HOW FAR DOES THE STRUCTURAL
 CANOPY PROJECT INTO THE ROW ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY
 AND PERSHING WAY? ROW PERMIT FROM FDOT IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE STRUCTURAL OVERHANG OVER SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. ALSO,
 PLEASE DIMENSION THE ENCROACHMENT.
  
 4.) 3/23/17 REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE ALL SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE FOR EACH OF THE
 DUMPSTERS PROPOSED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 5.) THE BICYCLE RACKS SHALL BE MOUNTED ON A CONCRETE
 PAD. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE IN THE SITE PLAN AND PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONAL INFORMATION IN THE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL
 ON SHEET A-8.0. ALSO, THE LOCATION OF THE BICYCLE RACK
 SEEMS TO CONFLICT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PROVIDING
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
  
 6.) PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING CALCULATIONS IN THE "ZONING
 DATA" TABULAR IN SHEET A-1.0.
  
 7.) THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR LIGHT FIXTURES
 IS 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE BY PROVIDING DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 8.) PLEASE DIMENSION THE LOADING ZONE. THE LOADING ZONE
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 10 FT. WIDE BY 25 FT. LONG. [ZLDR
 S.94-485]
  
 9.) 3/23/17 REPEAT COMMENT: THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MUST
 DEMONSTRATE THAT ALL LIGHT FIXTURES WILL NOT CAUSE
 ILLUMINATION IN EXCESS OF 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. PLEASE SHOW
 LIGHT OVERFLOW BEYOND THE NORTH AND EAST PROPERTY LINE
 WHERE THERE ARE RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN THE PHOTOMETRIC
 PLAN. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES MUST BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT
 LIGHT AWAY FROM ALL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS. [ZLDR
 S.94-309 AND S.94-310(D)]
  
 10.) ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE
 VISIBLE FROM VIEW. THIS SHALL BE NOTATED IN THE PLANS.

 * ANY CHANGES TO THE PROJECT SHALL BE REFLECTED IN ALL
 PLANS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 * REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 * THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF FDOT
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION FOR SOUTH
 DIXIE. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FROM FDOT.
