 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SURVEY MUST BE SIGNED AND SEALED.
  
 2.) PLEASE PROVIDE A FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) PERMIT FOR
 THE PLANTERS AND LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG SOUTH
 DIXIE HWY.
  
 3.) THE MODIFIED CURB CUTS ON PERSHING WAY AND THE
 ALLEY REQUIRES A ROW PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 4.) HOW FAR DOES THE STRUCTURAL CANOPY PROJECT INTO THE
 ROW ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND PERSHING WAY? ROW
 PERMITS FROM FDOT AND THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ARE REQUIRED FOR THE STRUCTURAL ENCROACHMENT
 INTO THE ROWS.
  
 5.) PLEASE PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING. ONE (1) BICYCLE
 PARKING IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY TWENTY (20) PARKING
 SPACES. [ZLDR S. 94-485(Q)]
  
 6.) SHOW LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE SITE PLAN. INCLUDE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 7.) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT ALL
 LIGHT FIXTURES WILL NOT CAUSE ILLUMINATION IN EXCESS OF
 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICT. PLEASE SHOW PHOTOMETRIC RANGE BEYOND THE
 NORTH AND EAST PROPERTY LINE WHERE THERE ARE
 RESIDENTIAL UNITS. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES MUST BE ARRANGED
 TO REFLECT LIGHT AWAY FROM ALL RESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICTS. [ZLDR S.94-309 AND S. 94-310(D)]
  
 8.) WHERE ARE THE A/C UNITS? SHOW A/C UNITS IN THE
 PLAN(S).
  
 9.) PROVIDE ALL SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE FOR EACH DUMPSTER PROPOSED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 10.) WHAT IS THE DEPTH OF THE PARKING STALLS WITH WHEEL
 STOPS. PLEASE PROVIDE A DIMENSION IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 11.) FOR PARKING CALCULATIONS IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR:
 PROVIDE NUMBERS FOR "EXISTING" AND "PROPOSED".
  
 12.) WHERE IS THE LOADING ZONE? PLEASE ILLUSTRATE IN
 THE PLANS.
