 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE SURVEY PROVIDED SHOWS THAT THERE ARE UTILITY
 EASEMENTS RUNNING THROUGH THE PROPERTY. STRUCTURES
 CANNOT BE BUILT OVER ANY UTILITY EASEMENTS.
  
 2.) THE SURVEY SHOWS THAT THERE ARE TWO (2) PARCELS
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPERTY. A UNITY OF TITLE MAY BE
 REQUIRED. A STOP HAS BEEN ADDED FOR THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO REVIEW THE PLANS.
  
 3.) THE PLANS SHOW A KITCHEN IN THE GUEST BEDROOM ON
 THE SECOND FLOOR. NO MORE THAN ONE (1) KITCHEN FACILITY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE OVERALL PROJECT. ALL PLANS
 SHOULD BE CORRECTED FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 4.) PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 FEATURES THAT ARE LOCATED ABOVE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 HEIGHT IN THE DISTRICT. THE ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES SEEM
 TO BE ENCLOSED SPACES, WHICH DOES NOT QUALIFY AS AN
 ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES.
  
 5.) DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED MOTORIZED
 GATE ALONG FOREST HILL BOULEVARD NOT PROVIDED WITH THE
 RESUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE.
