 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) SITE PLAN SHOULD CLEARLY ILLUSTRATE/PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 - NORTH ARROW.
 - DATA TABLE SUPPLING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: ZONING
 OF THE PROPERTY; TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT; TOTAL
 GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE; AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPING, BUILDING COVERAGE AND IMPERMEABLE SURFACE
 IN PERCENTAGES AND IN SQUARE FEET; PARKING COMPUTATIONS
 (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED, ETC.)
 - LOT DIMENSIONS AS PROVIDED IN THE SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY.
 - DIMENSIONS OF ALL DRIVEWAYS
 - SETBACK DIMENSION FROM ALL PROPOSED STRUCTURES TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE SEEMS TO BE
 ENCROACHING INTO THE 5 FT. SIDE SETBACK ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE ADDRESS. [ZLDR S.94-72(A)(2)]
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL
 STRUCTURE FROM THE GROUND TO THE TOP OF THE STRUCTURE
 IS 30 FT. THE ELEVATIONS INDICATE THAT THE HEIGHT OF
 THE STRUCTURE EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HEIGHT (>33
 FT.). PLEASE ADDRESS. [ZLDR S.94-72(A)(3)]
  
 5.) THE PLAN SHOWS MULTIPLE KITCHENS PROPOSED ON
 DIFFERENT LEVELS OF THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE; HOWEVER,
 THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICT ALLOWS ONLY ONE (1) KITCHEN IN
 THE PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE.
  
 6.) PROVIDE DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 MOTORIZED GATE ALONG FOREST HILL BOULEVARD.
  
 7.) MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 THE POOL EQUIPMENT AND GENERATOR, MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FT. INTO A SETBACK. [ZLDR S.94-305(A)(4)]
  
 8.) PROVIDE VISIBILITY TRIANGLES IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ZLDR S.94-305(E) TO ENSURE THAT INTERSECTION VISIBLE IS
 NOT OBSCURED BY THE PROPOSED WALL.
  
 9.)THE SITE PLAN (SHEET A1.1) SHOWS TWO DRIVEWAYS ON
 FOREST HILL BOULEVARD. THIS IS NOT PERMITTED. ONLY ONE
 (1) DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20 FT. AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON FOREST HILL
 BOULEVARD. ALTERNATIVELY, ONE (1) 10 FT. WIDE DRIVEWAY
 ON FOREST HILL BOULEVARD AND ONE (1) 10 FT. WIDE
 DRIVEWAY ON FLAGLER DRIVE CAN BE PROVIDED. [ZLDR

 10.) A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED AND
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY WITH THIS PERMIT.
