 FOLLOWING:
 SPIRAL STAIRCASE, FIREPLACES, ALUMINUM EYBROWS,
 ELEVATOR, SOLAR PV PANELS, SOLAR WATER HEATER, 2ND
 FLOOR LIFT, FIRE PITS, GLASS STAIR RAILS/GUARDS, BBQ
 GRILL, WATER PROOF MEMBRANE FOR ELEVATOR PIT AND CAR
 LIFTS.
 8. PLAN SHEET A-5.6 INDICATES A 4 CAR GARAGE, PLAN
 SHEET A-2.1 INDICATES A 3 CAR GARAGE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
 REVIEWED SHEETS DETACHED AND MARK VOID.
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES
 MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE
 SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
 THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL
 PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEES AT (561) 233-5025.
  
 THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA
 (SFHA). THE SPECIFIC ZONE DESIGNATION FOR THIS SITE IS
 A5 WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 7FT. 6 INCHES.
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH (THROUGH ORDINANCE)
 REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF FREEBOARD REQUIRING
 THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION (DFE) TO BE 8. 0 FEET.
 PLEASE INSERT THIS INFORMATION ON YOUR PLANS.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY
 FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING,
 WINDOW, AND DOOR SUBMITTALS.
