 1. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS PROJECT, FBC
 109. THE VALUE IS TO INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT, EVEN IF PROVIDED BY OTHERS. IF THIS IS A
 LABOR ONLY CONTRACT, PROVIDE THE INVOICES FOR THE
 MATERIALS AS WELL AS THE CONTRACT.
  
 PROVIDE VALUE FOR EACH PERMIT (17020797, 17020806,
 17020803, 17030189). THE GRADING AND DRAINAGE VALUE
 SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN A SEPARATE ENGINEERING PERMIT, IF
 ENGINEERING DETERMINES THAT A SEPARATE ENGINEERING
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED.

 DETERMINE IF A SEPARATE ENGINEERING PERMIT IS REQUIRED:

 2. PROVIDE A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR PERMIT 17030189,
 THE CANOPY. THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHOULD BE COMPLETE
 AND ACCURATE. THE QUALIFIER'S NAME SHOULD BE INCLUDED
 ON LINE "CONTRACTOR (CERT. HOLDER). QUALIFIER'S NAME
 SHOULD BE SPELLED CORRECTLY (PHILLIP).
  
 3. IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT BY PALM BEACH COUNTY IS
 REQUIRED. THE PLANS ARE TO BE STAMPED AND THE RECEIPT
 SHOWING THAT FEES DUE HAVE BEEN PAID. THIS ITEM MAY BE
 ADDRESSED AFTER ALL PLAN REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE, BUT MUST
 BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE. AN IMPACT FEE
 REVIEW STOP HAS BEEN ADDED TO 17020803.
  
 4. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED
 ORIGINALS, FS471, FAC61G15-23.002. THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 INCLUDE A DIGITAL SIGNATURE, WHICH CAN ONLY BE UTILIZED
 FOR DIGITAL SUBMITTALS. AS THIS IS A PAPER SUBMITTAL,
 SUBMIT TWO SIGNED, SEALED DATED ORIGINALS.
  
 5. PROVIDE THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT FOR THIS PROJECT,
 FBC 1803.5.2. THE REPORT SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY DOR
 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL, FBC 107.
  
 6. PLANS SHOW RELOCATION OF VACUUM. THIS WORK MAY BE
 INCLUDED IN THE RENOVATION PERMIT (17020806). EITHER
 INCORPORATE ALL INFORMATION FOR THIS FOR REVIEW, OR
 THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO THAT A SEPARATE

 SUFFICIENT INFORMATION FOR REVIEW, CONSTRUCTION, AND
 INSPECTION.
  
 REVISE PLANS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
 STEEL LAP SPECIFICATION
 MINIMUM EMBEDMENT OF STEEL TO BEAM ABOVE
 SPECIFICATION OF HOW STEEL IS TO BE EMBEDDED INTO
 EXISTING BEAM
 PLANS SHOW STEEL INTO THE BEAM ABOVE, BUT NO STEEL
 EXTENDING FROM THE NEW COLUMNS AND SILL INTO EXISTING
 IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER THE COLUMNS ARE FORMED AND
 POURED OR IF THEY ARE TO BE FILLED CELLS; REVISE TO
 SPECIFY

 9. AERIALS SHOW A RECTANGULAR OBJECT IN THE LOCATION OF
 THE PROPOSED NEW WINDOW OPENING. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY

 ADDRESSED.
  
 12. PROVIDE PLANS FOR THE CANOPY. A PERMIT APPLICATION
 HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, BUT STRUCTURAL PLANS WERE NOT
 PROVIDED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS BE A SEPARATE
 SUBMITTAL WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE THE SITE PLAN AND
 STRUCTURAL DETAILS, INCLUDING ELEVATIONS.
  
 13. PROVIDE SPEC SHEETS FOR THE PROPOSED FUEL
 DISPENSERS. FUEL DISPENSERS ARE TO COMPLY WITH FBC A
 228. SPEC SHEETS SHOULD SHOW COMPLIANCE. PROVIDE ENOUGH
 INFORMATION (FOR INSTANCE, CURB HEIGHT) TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 14. FBC 107, WHEN RESUBMITTING APPLICANT IS TO PREPARE
 TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS OF PERMIT DOCUMENTS FOR
 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 OLD SHEETS ARE TO BE RETAINED IN THE SUBMITTAL, REMOVED
 FROM THE TWO PERMIT ISSUE SETS, AND THOSE DOCUMENTS
 SHOULD BE MARKED "VOID" OR "OLD SHEETS".
  
 THE TWO COLLATED PERMIT SETS ARE TO INCLUDE ANY
 DOCUMENTS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED AS WELL AS
 THE NEW DOCUMENTS WHICH SHOULD ADDRESS ALL COMMENTS.
  
 A RESPONSE LETTER STATING HOW EACH ITEM WAS ADDRESSED
