 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE HEIGHT OF THE COOLING TOWER SEEMS TO BE 17 FT.
 (AT ITS HIGHEST POINT). PLEASE VERIFY THE HEIGHT BY
 PROVIDING DIMENSIONS TO THE TALLEST POINT OF THE
 COOLING TOWER.
  
 2.) WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE OTHER EXISTING EQUIPMENT
 TO BE REPLACED?
  
 3.) PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS SHOWING THE
 DIMENSIONED HEIGHT OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.
 ILLUSTRATIONS SHOWING THE EXISTING BUILDING AND
 BUILDING WITH THE PROPOSED NEW ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO DETERMINE ANY HEIGHT DIFFERENCES, AND
 CONFORMANCE WITH THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT OF THE CURRIE
 MIXED USE DISTRICT (CMUD) TRANSITIONAL SUB-DISTRICT.
  
 NOTES:
  
 * PROPERTY IS ZONED CMUD (TRANSITION SUB-DISTRICT):
 HEIGHT LIMITATION IS TEN (10) STORIES/135 FT.
  
 * ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT SHALL BE REPLACED AT THE SAME
 HEIGHT AS THE EXISTING EQUIPMENT OR COMPLY WITH THE
 HEIGHT REGULATIONS OF THE CMUD TRANSITIONAL
 SUB-DISTRICT.
