 LOBBY IS PART OF THE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEM, AND IT APPEARS
 THAT APPLICANT PROPOSES TO DEMOLISH THE LOBBIES,
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. REVISE PLAN TO NOTE WHETHER THIS BUILDING IS A HIGH
 RISE OR A MID RISE, FBC 107.
  
 3. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE FOR THE
 RENOVATION, FBC EB CHAPTER 5. IT APPEARS THAT THIS WILL
 BE A LEVEL III ALTERATION AND A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 4. PLAN PROPOSES TO REMOVE THE ELEVATOR LOBBIES. SEE
 FBC B 713.14.1. ARE THE ELEVATOR LOBBIES REQUIRED, OR
 IS IT EXEMPTED? IF EXEMPT, REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE
 EXEMPTION. IF NOT EXEMPT, REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE INTENT
 THAT THE ELEVATOR LOBBIES WILL BE RESTORED IN
 RENOVATION, OR MADE EXEMPT VIA RENOVATION (AND INCLUDE
 EXEMPTION), OR REVISE PLAN TO STATE THAT NO FLOOR WILL
 BE OCCUPIED UNTIL ALL ELEVATOR LOBBIES ARE RESTORED.
