 1- ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THE PROPOSED UTILITY ROOM WAS A
 PORCH. AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) FOR IMPACT FEES
 ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- WINDOWS ON PROPOSED BEDROOM #1 DON'T SEEM TO COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THAT THE SPECIFIED SIZE
 (24"X63") COMPLIES WITH ALL THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS
 (INCLUDING THE CLEAR WIDTH). SEC. R310 FBC-RESIDENTIAL,

 ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. CLIMATE ZONE FOR
 PALM BEACH COUNTY IS 1 NOT 2. REVISE AS REQUIRED. OWNER
 OR LEGALLY AGENT TO CERTIFY FORM SUBMITTED. PROVIDE THE
 DESIGNER INFORMATION. ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS, THIS
 HOUSE DIDN'T HAVE A/C. PROVIDE THE FLOOR, WALLS AND
 CEILING R-VALUES. PROVIDE CORRECT FLOOR AREA. PROVIDE

 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON ALL
 DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO LIST THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 NUMBER NEXT TO EACH SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 9- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- CLARIFY WHY SUBMITTING NOA 14-0908.17 FOR FIXED
 WINDOWS. PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY FIXED WINDOW. IN ADDITION
 THE WINDOWS DON'T MEET THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES
 SHOWN ON SHEET S-2. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 11- DESIGN LOADS INFORMATION ON SHEET S-1:
 A) OCCUPANCY USE/TYPE INFORMATION IS NOT CLEAR. WHAT IS
 "0800- MULTI FAMILY DETACHED (SFD)RESIDENCE"???. THERE
 IS NOT SUCH A THING. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE
 CORRECT INFORMATION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) THE ULTIMATE WIND LOAD INFORMATION IS NOT CLEAR.
 THERE IS ONE AREA THAT CALLS FOR 170 MPH ULTIMATE,
 WHILE AT THE BOTTOM OF DESIGN CRITERIA CALLS FOR 175
 MPH. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE CLEAR INFORMATION.

 BEDROOM #2 ON NEW SOUTH ELEVATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
