 THE BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO.
 PROVISO MEANS THAT CONTRACTOR MAY BRING THE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE
 INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES
 MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS
 PREFERRED AT THIS TIME OR IF RESUBMITTING REQUIRED
 INFORMATION PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
  
 1- SIZE OF SECOND FLOOR FRAMING MEMBERS IS NOT CLEAR.
 SECOND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN ON SHEET A-1.0 CALLS FOR
 "2"X10" WOOD RAFTERS", WHILE OTHER SPECIFICATIONS ON
 THE SAME FRAMING PLAN AND DETAILS CALL FOR 2"X8" WOOD
 RAFTERS AND 2"X8" WOOD LEDGER. CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE AND
 SPACING OF SECOND FLOOR FRAMING MEMBERS. AND, REVISE
 ALL DETAILS ON THE SAME PAGE TO MATCH SIZE. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 2- INFORMATION ON PLANS IS NOT CLEAR. THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR BUT ALL THE FLOOR PLANS
 ON SHEET A-1.0 AND A-1.1 REFER TO FIRST FLOOR. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. CLEARLY IDENTIFY FLOOR WHERE WORK IS GOING
 TO BE PERFORMED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- SIZE OF HANGER SPECIFIED ON THE CONNECTOR
 SPECIFICATION SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-1.0 IS INCORRECT
 BASED ON THE FRAMING MEMBER SIZE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE. SEC. R301.1

 4- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". REVISE
 INFORMATION ON SHEET A-1.1 AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- GENERAL NOTES ON SHEET A-1.1 REFERENCE THE 2010 FBC.
 THE CURRENT CODE IS THE 2014 FBC, 5TH EDITION. REVISE
 ALL THE NOTES THAT REFERENCE THE 2010 CODE AS REQUIRED.
 CHAPTER 553 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 6- PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE A5. NEED ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE SHOWING FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF MAIN
 HOUSE AND GARAGE. IF GARAGE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION IS
 BELOW THE REQUIRED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION, THEN FLOOD
 VENTS MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 7- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ***PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISE SHEET AND REMOVE OLD SHEET.
