 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1)PROVISO: THE DESIGNER OF RECORD INDICATED THE NEW
 STOREFRONT DOORS, AUTOMATIC BYPASS DOORS AND WINDOWS
 ARE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT 16070183. PLEASE NOTE THIS
 IS A PERMIT FOR THE 2ND STORY, THERE IS ALSO A REVISION
 FOR THE 2ND STORY 17060985 THAT FAILED, THERE IS NO
 REFERENCE TO THE 1ST FLOOR WINDOWS AND DOORS ON THE
 REVISION SHEET FOR THIS ADDITIONAL WORK.
 A SEPARATE WINDOW/ DOOR PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 1ST FLOOR OPENING. 105.1 PERMITS REQUIRED.
  
 2) PROVISO: NO ELEVATIONS THIS SET OF PLANS, SEE
 REVISION 17060985 SHEET A-201 AND A-202 NOW SHOW WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE METAL AWNINGS (FIRST FLOOR) AND AWNING
 TYPE PROJECTIONS ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE SOUTH AND WEST
 ELEVATIONS. PLEASE BE AWARE AWNINGS REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, FEES AND ASSOCIATED FEES. PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE
 THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE IS IN
 RELATION TO THE AWNINGS, CODE COMPLIANCE CANNOT BE
 ACHIEVED. TYPE OF FRAME AND FINISH MATERIAL IS NOT
 PROVIDE NOR WIND DESIGN.
 2014 FBC-B 3202.3.1 AWNINGS, CANOPIES, MARQUEES AND
 SIGNS. AWNINGS, CANOPIES, MARQUEES AND SIGNS SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO SUPPORT APPLICABLE LOADS AS
 SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 16. AWNINGS, CANOPIES, MARQUEES
 AND SIGNS WITH LESS THAN 15 FEET (4572 MM) CLEARANCE
 ABOVE THE SIDEWALK SHALL NOT EXTEND INTO OR OCCUPY MORE
 THAN TWO-THIRDS THE WIDTH OF THE SIDEWALK MEASURED FROM
 THE BUILDING. STANCHIONS OR COLUMNS THAT SUPPORT
 AWNINGS, CANOPIES, MARQUEES AND SIGNS SHALL BE LOCATED
 NOT LESS THAN 2 FEET (610 MM) IN FROM THE CURB LINE.
  
 3) PROVISO: ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN A-106D. THE 7 FOOT
 HIGH PRE-CAST PROPERTY LINE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, REVIEW AND ASSOCIATED FEES. 2014 FLORIDA
