 IS MISSING THE MANEUVERING CLEARANCE OF 18 INCHES LATCH
 SIDE OF THE DOOR PULL SIDE OF THE DOOR. SEE 2014

 1C) THE REFERRAL ROOM (104) ALSO ROOM IS MISSING THE
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCE OF 18 INCHES LATCH SIDE OF THE
 DOOR PULL SIDE OF THE DOOR. SEE 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 404.2.4 & TABLE 404.2.4.1 MANEUVERING CLEARANCE AT
 MANUAL SWINGING DOORS.
  
 1D) THE REFERRAL ROOM HAS AN OFFSET WALL THE LARGER
 DIMENSION THAT IS GIVEN IS 7 FOOT 3 INCHES. THE OFFSET
 IN THE WALL IS NOT GIVEN NOR THE DIMENSION OF THE
 SHORTER LENGTH WALL IN THE OPPOSITE WALL. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET A-7.0 DETAIL # 4 DOOR SIGNAGE. THE DETAIL
 INDICATES THE HEIGHT OF THE PICTOGRAM BUT NEGLECTS TO
 PROVIDE THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OR POSITION FOR BRAILLE. SEE
 703.4.1 HEIGHT ABOVE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. TACTILE
 CHARACTERS ON SIGNS SHALL BE LOCATED 48 INCHES (1220
 MM) MINIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE,
 MEASURED FROM THE BASELINE OF THE LOWEST TACTILE
 CHARACTER AND 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE, MEASURED FROM THE
 BASELINE OF THE HIGHEST TACTILE CHARACTER.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
