 CHANGES THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT
 GROUP.
  
 3) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET INDICATES THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 THE SANCTUARY AT 641 OCCUPANTS, AND A OVERALL OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 974 OCCUPANTS FOR THE BUILDING. WITH ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANT LOADS OF 300 OR MORE THE BUILDING RISK
 CATEGORY INCREASES. THE 2014 FBC-B SECTION 1007.2 SNOW
 AND WIND LOADS. BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY WHERE SUCH CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF
 OCCUPANCY RESULTS IN HIGHER WIND OR SNOW RISK
 CATEGORIES BASED ON THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING
 TABLE 1604.5. RISK CATEGORY III BUILDINGS- BUILDINGS
 AND OTHER STRUCTURES WHOSE PRIMARY OCCUPANCY IS PUBLIC
 ASSEMBLY WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 300.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE WIND SPEED CHART FOR CATEGORY III
 BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE WIND ZONE IS 180
 MPH (3 SECOND GUST) VULT. BUILDINGS SHALL BE ANALYZED
 AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE WIND OR SNOW LOAD
 PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 4) SHEET A-3 PROVIDES COMPONENTS AND CLADDING BUT DOES
 NOT PROVIDE THE DESIGN WIND CRITERIA, AND WITH THE
 BUILDING RISK FACTOR INCREASING, THE WIND SPEED TO 180
 VULT SO WILL THE PRESSURES INCREASE. PLEASE ALSO
 PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE STRUCTURE.
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF
 THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE STRUCTURE:
  
 4.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,
 VASD, AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION

 6) FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 7) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
