 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE

 1A) THE PLANS INDICATE A REVISION # 3 A 72 INCH TALL
 WOOD STORAGE UNIT THAT IS NEXT TO A GRILL. PLEASE
 SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE GRILL
 HOW CLOSE COMBUSTIBLES CAN BE LOCATED TO THE GRILL.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1B) THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BAR SHOWS A REVISION A NEW
 BAR AT THE HEIGHT OF 48 INCHES THERE IS A NOTE SEE
 STRUCTURALS. NO STRUCTURAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED, THERE
 IS NO CUT SECTION THROUGH THIS PORTION OF THE BAR TO
 REFERENCE WHICH SECTION TO USE. IN THE ORIGINAL
 PERMITED PLANS THERE ARE (2) SECTIONS THROUGH THE WALL
 IN QUESTION DETAIL 2 & 4 / S5.1 NEITHER OF THESE
 DETAILS SHOW THE STEEL IN THE BOND BEAM. DETAIL # 1
 SHEET S5.1 DOES SHOW THE REQUIRED VERTICAL STEEL AND
 BOND BEAM STEEL AS WELL. PLEASE ADD CUT SECTION TO
 CLARIFY THE DETAILS. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIED.
  
 1C) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD DOES NOT STATE WHAT THE BAR
 TOPS WILL BE MADE. NOR DOES THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE
 TRELLIS WORK AND COLUMN HAS TO GO IN BEFORE THE BAR TOP
 IS INSTALLED. NOTE SHEET S5.1 DETAIL 1 SHOWS THE
 TRELLIS COLUMN MOUNTED DIRECTLY TO THE BLOCK WALL, THE
 ANCHOR NOT SPECIFIED, NOR IS THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA
 NEEDED FOR THE DELEGATE ENGINEERING OF THE TRELLIS. THE
 PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT MATERIALS THE TRELLIS WORK
 HAS TO BE MADE FROM, THIS IS PART OF A TYPE IA
 BUILDING. SEE TABLE 601. THE PLANS ARE ALSO SILENT IF
 THERE IS TO BE ANY CANOPY TO KEEP THE RAIN OUT?

 THE HEIGHT OF THE BAR TOP IS 3 FOOT 7 INCHES OR THE NEW
 COUNTER TOP IS AT 43 INCHES? 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES SURFACES
 SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 1E) BUILDING PROVISO: THE NEW TRELLIS AND COLUMNS BY
 DELEGATE ENGINEER. 61G15-30.003 ENGINEERING DOCUMENT
 CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR REVIEW.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
