 3 NOT 2. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 505 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE COPY OF

 DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE REPLACED. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: WINDOW "G" FOR PROPOSED
 BEDROOM #2 DOESN'T SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. CLARIFY IF THIS WINDOW IS GOING TO BE
 REPLACED. IF SO, THEN SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING
 WINDOW AND TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED WINDOW TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC 704 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
  
 B) NOA 16-0218.03 SUBMITTED FOR MULLIONS. PLANS DON'T
 SHOW ANY WINDOW AND MULLION REPLACEMENT. CLARIFY WHERE
