 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 REVISE AS REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SHEET 1 AND 2 OF 8.
  
 5- SHEET 3 OF 8:
 A) NEED TO PROVIDE A LANDING AT THE NEW EXTERIOR DOOR
 LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.3
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY LANDING AND DIMENSIONS.
  
 B) NEED TO SPECIFY THE RISER AND TREAD DIMENSIONS FOR
 THE NEW STAIRS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R311.7.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) WINDOW ADJACENT TO THE NEW BATHROOM NEEDS TO HAVE
 SAFETY GLAZING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R308.4
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IF THE WINDOW DOESN'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLASS.
  
 NOTE: FLOOR PLAN SHOWS EXISTING BEDROOMS #2 AND #3 WITH
 24SH WINDOWS. THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 2006. THESE
 WINDOWS DON'T COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.1.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL (2014).
 THIS HOUSE WAS APPROVED UNDER PERMIT #05050247 WITH THE
 CONDITION THAT BEDROOM WINDOWS WILL NEED TO BE REVISED
 TO COMPLY. THIS ISSUE WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION
 OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR REQUIRED ACTION ON THIS
 ISSUE SINCE THERE ARE 2 OTHER HOUSES THAT WERE APPROVED
 WITH THE SAME CONDITION AND APPARENTLY WAS NOT DONE.
  
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 R806 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. CLEARLY SPECIFY VENT SIZE AND
 LOCATIONS IN ROOF FRAMING PLAN.
  
 7- WINDOW AND DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL ON SHEET 6 OF
 8: CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE OF TAPCONS TO BE USED. SPECIFY
 HOW MUCH EMBEDMENTS IS REQUIRED. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 SHOWING THAT THE SPECIFIED DIAMETER OF THE TAPCONS IS
 ADEQUATE TO RESIST THE WIND LOADS. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. COORDINATE WITH WINDOWS AND DOORS
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED.
 ALSO, NOTE LOCATED BELOW THE WINDOW/DOOR BUCK DETAIL IS
 NOT CLEAR. CLARIFY WHAT MEANS "DOORS/WINDOWS TO BE
 INSTALLED TO 1" P.T. BUCK W/3/16" DIA. TAPCONS WITH A
 MINIMUM EMBEDMENT OF 1-1/2" @ MANUFACTURER'S SUPPLIED
 HOLES". SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) ROOF RIDGE VENTS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 D) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 E) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE
 "IMPACT" GLASS. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE CITY SAMPLE.
  
 F) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 9- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT (EVEN IF OWNER IS
 ACTING AS A CONTRACTOR) AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $35,000 +/-. THE PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $809.56.
  
 ****PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED SHEET AND REMOVE OLD
 SHEETS. DON'T STAPLE OLD SHEETS. SUBMIT OLD SHEETS FOR
