 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) REPEAT UPDATED COMMENT: FOUNDATION SHEET S1.1 DOES
 NOT SHOW THE RELOCATED DOOR LOCATION THAT IS REFLECTED
 ON THE REMAINDER OF THE PLANS. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE
 SAME CONDITIONS. THE STRUCTURAL PLAN MUST BE CORRECTED
 PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT. THE
 SITE AND CIVIL PLANS SHALL BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO C.O.
 (SEE COMMENT NO. 3 BELOW).
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE FIRST FLOOR ELECTRICAL SITE
 PLANS SHOW HEAT PUMPS (HP-5 AND HP-7) ON THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT PERMITTED
 BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND CONGRESS AVENUE. SHEET M1.1
 CORRECTLY SHOWS BOTH OF THESE UNITS TO THE REAR OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 3) THERE ARE DOORS SHOWN ON VARIOUS PLANS IN NEW
 LOCATIONS AND THERE ARE MORE HEAT PUMPS (MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT) SHOWN ALONG THE REAR OF THE BUILDING AS
 COMPARED TO THE SITE, LANDSCAPE, ELEVATION AND CIVIL
 PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE PLANNING APPROVAL
 PROCESS. SINCE THESE PLANS HAVE CHANGED, PRIOR TO C.O.
 OF THIS BUILDING, AN AS BUILT MINOR AMENDMENT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO.
 201-16, WHICH APPROVED THIS SITE DEVELOPMENT, PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT PROVIDE THE
 PLANNING DIVISION WITH A COPY OF THE APPROVED DRIVEWAY
 CONNECTION PERMIT FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY ENGINEERING
 FOR THE DRIVEWAY CONNECTIONS TO NORTH CONGRESS AVENUE.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. SIGNAGE
 B. LANDSCAPE
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. SITE LIGHTING
 E. PARKING LOT STRIPING
