 1) PROVIDE THE SURVEY/SITE PLAN SHOWING THE BUILDING
 SETBACKS AND SITE DATA.
  
 2) THE FIRST FLOOR PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN ? DOOR PLACEMENT FOR THE SPRINKLER ROOM (FROM
 THE FRONT TO THE SIDE). ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE NEW LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLER ROOM DOOR ALSO
 DIFFERS FROM THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE RECENT
 MINOR AMENDMENT. PRIOR TO C.O. OF THIS BUILDING, AN AS
 BUILT MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT
 PROVIDE THE PLANNING DIVISION WITH A COPY OF THE
 APPROVED DRIVEWAY CONNECTION PERMIT FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY ENGINEERING FOR THE DRIVEWAY CONNECTIONS TO
 NORTH CONGRESS AVENUE.
  
 5) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. SIGNAGE
 B. LANDSCAPE
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. SITE LIGHTING
 E. PARKING LOT STRIPING
