 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED
 LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES). SEC. R401.4
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 3- PROVIDE SURFACE DRAINAGE PLAN (2 COPIES) SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". REVISE ALL
 THE DESIGN INFORMATION SHOWN ON SHEET D1 AND ALL THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEET 1 OF 7.
 NOTE: PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL BE REVIEWED ONCE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE REVISED. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND
 APPROVE ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AFTER THE DESIGN
