 REPORT. RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS
 HAVE BEEN REVISED TO REFERENCE THE REPORT FROM
 UNIVERSAL. SEE SHEET S0.00, 310000-FOUNDATIONS, REVISE
 TO INCORPORATE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT (CURRENTLY "XXXX"),
 OR ADVISE WHERE THIS REVISION HAS BEEN MADE (PAGE
 NUMBER).

 REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE A TITLE BLOCK ON EACH SHEET WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PRINTED NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER, COMPANY
 LICENSE NUMBER (AS WELL AS OTHER INFORMATION).
  
 STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD HAS A COMPLIANT TITLE
 BLOCK ON ALL S SHEETS.
 MEP AND ARCH TITLE BLOCKS NEED BUSINESS LICENSE NUMBER
 ADDED. PLEASE REVISE BUT ONLY UPLOAD PAGES WHICH CHANGE
 DUE TO CODE RELATED COMMENTS TO AVOID ANOTHER 100%
 REVIEW BY ALL TRADES (BUT FIX TITLE BLOCK SO REVIEW
 DOES NOT FAIL WHEN REVISIONS ARE SUBMITTED).
  
 11. SEE VERTICAL BUILDING PERMIT, COMMENTS #2 AND #3
 REGARDING EXIT DISCHARGE AND ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF
 EGRESS. ARCHITECT MAY PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED
 LETTER INDICATING UNDERSTANDING AND COMPLIANCE AND
 STATE THAT THESE TWO COMMENTS WILL NOT AFFECT HEIGHT OR
 LOCATION OF THE FOUNDATION. SINCE THIS NEEDS ANOTHER
 BUILDING REVIEW DUE TO WRONG STRUCTURAL PAGES
 SUBMITTED, PLEASE PROVIDE AT TIME OF RESUBMITTAL IN
 "SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS".
  
 12. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE REMOVE KITCHEN DESIGN
 PAGES; THESE SHEETS HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED AND SHOULD
 NOT BE A PART OF A FOUNDATION PERMIT. ALSO, IF
 POSSIBLE, RENAME THE THREE SITE PLANS WHICH APPEAR AT
 THE END OF SUBMITTAL DUE TO INCONSISTENT NAMING
 CONVENTION. THE SAME PAGES SUBMITTED FOR THE VERTICAL
 BUILDING PERMIT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE SAME
 NAMES, SAME VERSION. ONE SITE PLAN IS DATED 6/1/2017;
 IS THIS CURRENT? PLEASE CORRELATE.
  
 13. THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS IN THIS SUBMITTAL (FOR
 EXAMPLE, SHEET S0.02) WAS SEALED 10/2/17. AFTER THAT
 DATE, THERE WAS A DESIGN CHANGE (HEIGHT INCREASE) WHICH
 AFFECTED THE STRUCTURAL PAGES. MORE RECENT PAGES DATED
 3/16/18 WERE UPLOADED TO THE VERTICAL BUILDING PERMIT.
 UPDATE ALL PAGES TO THE MOST CURRENT DESIGN.
  
 14. THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISOS:
  
 A. COMPLIANCE WITH ART IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE
 78-123 REQUIRED: MS. SYBILLE WELTER, 561-822-1515,
 [email protected]. MS. WELTER WILL ADVISE VIA EMAIL WHEN
 THIS IS COMPLETE.
  
 B. FBC 110.3.7.4.3 SHORING AND RESHORE ENGINEERING TO
 BE SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
 FAILURE TO SUBMIT SHORING/RESHORE ENGINEERING TIMELY
 WILL RESULT IN A STOP WORK ORDER. AN ENGINEERED
 GUARDRAIL DETAIL (CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS) IS ALSO
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 C. FBC 105.13 PHASED PERMIT APPROVAL. AFTER SUBMITTAL
 OF THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE HOLDER OF SUCH PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION
 OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED
 AT THE HOLDER?S OWN RISK WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION
 AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED. CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS
 PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ALL
 OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MUST
 BE SECURED PRIOR TO THIS PROVISION BEING APPLIED.
  
 D. THE LIFE SAFETY SHEETS WERE NOT THOROUGHLY REVIEWED.
 THIS WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION; FOUNDATION PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED AT
 APPLICANT'S RISK.
  
 E. ENERGY CALCS HAVE BEEN VOIDED AS THEY ARE NOT
 CORRECT AND ARE INCOMPLETE. SUBMIT WITH VERTICAL
 BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 F. SUBMIT RECORDED REPLAT PRIOR TO C.O. THE BOOK/PAGE
 MAY BE SENT VIA EMAIL.
