 FORWARDED TO KEN CONRAD FOR REVIEW.
  
 A COMPLETE THRESHOLD PACKAGE MAY BE SENT TO ME VIA
 EMAIL.
  
 2. NAME OF THE SI INSPECTION COMPANY IS NOT LEGIBLE.
  
 3. PLEASE ADVISE; WHO WILL BE THE ON- SITE
 INSPECTOR(S)? IF ONLY MR. RAJRAJBHANDARI IS TO BE AN ON
 SITE INSPECTOR, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE AN
 ALTERNATE IN THE EVENT THAT INDIVIDUAL IS UNAVAILABLE
 (ILLNESS, VACATION, OR OTHER REASON). ONLY INSPECTORS
 WHO HAVE BEEN APPROVED AND WHO HAVE SIGNED THE
 AGREEMENT WILL BE PERMITTED. SOME COMPANIES HAVE ALL OF
 THEIR EMPLOYEES SIGN THE AGREEMENT; ONE INSPECTOR TO BE

 THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR. THE RESUMES SHOULD REFLECT THE
 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY ARCHITECT
 AND ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 5. CLARIFY; WHO WILL MONITOR THE VIBRO FLOTATION?
