 SHALL HAVE A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING NOT LESS THAN THE
 FLOOR ASSEMBLY PENETRATED, BUT NOT NEED EXCEED 2 HOURS.

 ONLY ACCESSIBLE SEAT FACES THE KITCHEN. IF THERE WILL
 BE ADDITIONAL OUTSIDE SEASONAL SEATING THEN THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF SEATS HAS TO BE RECALCULATED MEETING THE

 A UNKNOWN, THIS IS A ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED
 BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE. PLEASE SEE SECTION 202.4.1
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST 2014 ACCESS. CODE. A TENANT CAN
 BE MADE TO SPEND UP TO 20%($18,600.00) OF THE PERMIT
 VALUE $93,000.00 STATED IN THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT.
 THE 1ST ITEM ON THE LIST WHERE FUNDS HAVE TO BE SPENT
 IS AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
  
 6) DISPROPORTIONATE COST 202.4.1 EITHER THE CONTRACTOR
