 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED SHOWS THAT THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE IS 9.6 FEET FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY
 LINES. THE PLANS SPECIFY A 5 FEET ADDITION TO THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE. THIS WILL LEAVE A
 DISTANCE OF 4.6 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE. THE SITE
 PLAN ON SHEET A-1 SHOWS 5 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1 NOTE: THE ADDITIONAL BLOCK
 WALL THAT IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS BESIDE THE EXISTING
 EXTERIOR BLOCK WALL COULD BE ELIMINATED IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL 8" OF INTERIOR SPACE TO THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION.
  
 2) THE REVISED PLANS SPECIFY A 4040 HR EGRESS WINDOW IN
 THE EXISTING BEDROOM. THE SOUTH ELEVATION ON SHEET A-2
 SHOWS A SINGLE HUNG WIND. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF THIS IS A
 NEW WINDOW IN THE EXISTING OPENING SUBMIT 2 SETS OF
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOW. IF
 IT IS EXISTING, SPECIFY AS SUCH ON THE PLANS. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 3) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTIONS R101.5.1.1.1 OR
 R101.5.1.1.2. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY COMPLIANCE
 FORMS AS REQUIRED.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE FL# FOR THE JELD-WEN OPAQUE WOOD EDGE
 STEEL EXTERIOR DOORS. THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE SUBMITTED
 DO NOT SPECIFY THE FL NUMBER.
  
 5) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD,
 CHARLES C. MITCHELL, P.E. FBC 107.3.4
