 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC-R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE REQUIRED.
 BASEMENTS, HABITABLE ATTICS AND EVERY SLEEPING ROOM
 SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE OPERABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND
 RESCUE OPENING. VERIFY THAT THE ADDITION WILL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE BEDROOM'S REQUIRED EMERGENCY EGRESS
 OPENING.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE ROOFING MATERIALS
 AND THE EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 3) ON SHEET S-1 THE ROOF PLAN SHOWS A ONE FOOT OVERHANG
 AND THE WALL SECTION HAS A TWO FOOT OVERHANG. PLEASE
 COORDINATE THE PLANS WITH THE CORRECT DIMENSIONS FOR
 THE OVERHANG. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-1 INDICATES THAT THE
 EXTERIOR WALL OF THE NEW ADDITION IS 3.58' FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. FBC-R302.1 REQUIRES THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 ONE FOOT ROOF OVERHANG AT THE GABLE END TO BE ONE HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED IF IT IS LESS THAN THREE (3) FEET
 OF THE PROPERTY LINE. PROJECTIONS THAT ARE LESS THAN
 TWO (2) FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  
 5) PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A DRAINAGE PLAN FOR THE ADDITION
 THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH FBC- R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM). EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES,
 WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6
 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM),
 DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE
 DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION
 SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING.
  
 6) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTIONS R101.5.1.1.1 OR
 R101.5.1.1.2. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY COMPLIANCE
 FORMS AS REQUIRED.
  
 7) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
