 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF THE WALL AND FENCES
 CHANGES THE APPROVED SITE PLAN AND THUS REQUIRES THE
 APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR
 TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION BY ZONING.
 PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE CITY'S PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 2) THERE IS A PLANTING BED TO THE SOUTH OF THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER, WHICH APPEARS TO BE IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH
 THE PROPOSED WALL LOCATION. YOU MAY NOT REDUCE THE
 AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE. PROVIDE HOW THE
 LANDSCAPE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND MATERIAL WILL BE
 PRESERVED.
  
 3) FLOOR PLAN KEY NOTE 5 ON SHEET A1.1 CALLS OUT AN 8
 FOOT CMU WALL; HOWEVER, THE WALL IS SHOWN AT 6 FEET IN
 HEIGHT ON SHEET A1.2.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED CMU WALL (AT EITHER SIX OR EIGHT FEET)
 WILL BLOCK THE REQUIRED PEDESTRIAN AHEAD SIGN. PROVIDE
 HOW THIS WARNING NOTICE WILL BE RETAINED IN A LOCATION
 WHICH NOTIFIES DRIVERS OF THE UPCOMING PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY AND CROSSING?
  
 5) THE PROPOSED CMU WALL WILL OBSTRUCT DRIVERS FROM
 SEEING PEOPLE EXITING THE STAIRWELL IN THE CASE OF A
 EMERGENCY.
  
 6) THE NEW CYPRESS WOOD SCREEN WALL WILL CREATE AN
 UNSAFE SITUATION BETWEEN VEHICLES ENTERING THE SITE AND
 THOSE EXITING THE LOADING BAYS BY BLOCKING THE
 VISIBILITY AT THE INTERSECTION.
  
 7) DRAWING L5 ON SHEET A1.2 SHOWS VALET ENTRANCES ON
 EITHER SIDE OF THE WALL THAT IS BEING TREATED WITH THE
 VENEER PANELS. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS NOTE.
