2017-01-24 16:55:091. PARKING STRIPING SHALL NOT START CLOSER THAN 10 FEET
 FROM THE BACK OF CURB. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET ALONG THE
 STREET.
 2. PLEASE STRIPE THE PARKING SPACES WITH THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED DIMENTION TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR
 LANDSCAPE.
 3. MINIMUM SIDEWALK WIDTH SHALL BE 5 FEET.
 4. A MINIMUM 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL BE PROVIDED
 ALONG 7TH STREET AND TAMARIND AVENUE TO SCREEN THE
 EXISTING LOADING AREA.
 5. DUMPSTER SHALL BE ENCLOSED WITH AN OPAQUE FENCE OR A
 WALL AND SHALL HAVE HEDGES AROUND IT. DUMPSTER
 ORIENTATION SHALL CONSIDER THE GARBAGE TRUCK OPERATION
 FOR DUMPSTER PICK UP.
 6. STRIPING SHALL FOLLOW DOUBLE STRIP CITY STANDARD.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE ACCESS AGREEMENT THAT
 ALLOWS CARS TO CIRCULATE ON THE CSX PROPERTY.
