 (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING
 BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF
 FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE

 3- NEW COMMENT. PLANS WERE REVISED AND NOW THEY SHOW
 REPLACEMENT OF ALL EXISTING WINDOWS AND DOORS. CLEARLY
 SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING BEDROOM WINDOWS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.

 THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY

 A) OWNER NEEDS TO CERTIFY AT BOTTOM OF FORM AS REQUIRED

 RESPONSE: CLARIFY WHY THE SIGNATURE OF THE OWNER IS NOT
 THE SAME AS THE SIGNATURE SHOWN ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 B) ENGINEER WHO PREPARED THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO
 PROVIDE HIS NAME, LICENSE NUMBER, ETC AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTES WHEN SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS
 FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.

 D) NEW COMMENT: FLOOR PLANS WERE REVISED. ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE REVISED REFLECTING THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF REVISED PLANS.
  
 E) ATTIC INFORMATION ON PAGE 3 OF 5 IS CONSIDERING A
 VENT RATIO OF 1/300. TYPICALLY THE VENT RATIO REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IS 1/150. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE
 EXISTING HOUSE COMPLIES WITH THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED BY
 THE EXCEPTION ON SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL TO
 CONSIDER THE 1/300 VENTILATION RATIO.

 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY

 A) CUSTOM ENTRY DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NOTE:
 DRAWING #ET0003 SUBMITTED IS NOT AN APPROVED FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA. IF THERE IS NO
 OFFICIAL PRODUCT APPROVAL, THEN MANUFACTURER MAY SUBMIT
 COMPLETE ORIGINAL ENGINEERING PACKAGE FOR LOCAL PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. THIS WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVE BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. ONLY ONE COPY WAS SUBMITTED. NEED TO
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES.
  
 B) FRENCH DOORS. ONLY ONE COPY WAS SUBMITTED. NEED TO
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES.

 RECORD ON COVER PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. SEE NOA FOR
 LISTED ADHESIVES.
  
 F) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND, SPECIFY
 MULLION SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES.
  
 9- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- ARCHITECT TO CLARIFY WHAT ARE THE THREE ADDITIONAL
 LINES SHOWN IN THE WALL BY THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM
 CLOSET. PROVIDE WALL LEGEND. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
