 1) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE PROPOSED LIGHT
 FIXTURES WILL NOT CAST GLARE INTO THE FLORIDA AVENUE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. A SIGNED AND SEALED STATEMENT FROM YOUR
 LIGHTING ENGINEER WILL SUFFICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF
 AFTER INSTALLATION THERE IS A GLARE PROBLEM, IT WILL
 NEED TO BE CORRECTED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 2) THE SPEC SHEET FOR LIGHT SF22 SHOWS A 22 FOOT POLE
 MOUNTED LIGHT, YET SHEET EEOO501 CALLS OUT THE MOUNT
 HEIGHT AS 20 FEET. PLEASE CLARIFY AND CORRECT. ALL
 PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 3) SHEET EE501 SHOWS THE ONE OF THE SR1 HM:30 LIGHTS IN
 THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS DRIVE. IT IS WITHIN THE
 CLOUD LABELED "OFF SITE",
  
 4) THERE ARE A NUMBER OF LIGHT POLES LOCATED WITHIN
 LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE COORDINATED
 WITH THE POLES TO AVOID CONFLICTS. THE POLES SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5) WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE LIGHTING OF THE AREA TO
 THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE GARAGE (FIRE DEPARTMENT
 ACCESS ROAD)? IT WAS STAFFS UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE
 WAS LIGHTING GOING IN THE AREA IN SOME FORM.
  
 6) THE BASE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE LAYOUT OF THE
 LATEST ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE
 RECENT GENERATOR PERMIT. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE
 CONFIGURATION OF THE BICYCLE RACKS THAT ARE PROPOSED
 FOR INSTALLATION ADJACENT TO THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE
 ENTRY PLAZA (COMMENTS UNDER PERMIT 16120370), SO
 CHANGING THIS BASE PLAN TO MATCH THAT PORTION OF THE
 UNAPPROVED ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
  
 7) THE FINAL APPROVED LIGHTING PLAN WILL NEED TO BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT PRIOR TO THE C.O.
 OF THE GARAGE.
