 INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THIS APPLICATION.

 C. FOR ANY PLANS WHICH ARE NOT PREPARED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL (AND THEREFORE SIGNED AND SEALED), THE
 INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SHALL PROVIDE THEIR
 PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE PLAN, FBC 107.
  
 3. FBC 107, WHEN RESUBMITTING APPLICANT IS TO PREPARE
 TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS OF PERMIT DOCUMENTS FOR
 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 OLD SHEETS ARE TO BE RETAINED IN THE SUBMITTAL, REMOVED
 FROM THE TWO PERMIT ISSUE SETS, AND THOSE DOCUMENTS
 SHOULD BE MARKED "VOID" OR "OLD SHEETS".
  
 THE TWO COLLATED PERMIT SETS ARE TO INCLUDE ANY
 DOCUMENTS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED AS WELL AS
 THE NEW DOCUMENTS WHICH SHOULD ADDRESS ALL COMMENTS.
  
 ALL OLD VOIDED SHEETS SHOULD BE MARKED "VOID" AND
 RETAINED IN THE SUBMITTAL. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
 THAT ALL VOIDED SHEETS BE RETAINED - DO NOT DISCARD
 VOIDED SHEETS TO LEAVE ONLY ONE COPY OF EACH VOIDED
 PAGE. FAILURE TO RETAIN ALL DOCUMENTS IN THE SUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE MAY RESULT IN PLAN REVIEW DELAYS.
  
 A RESPONSE LETTER STATING HOW EACH ITEM WAS ADDRESSED
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PLAN REVIEW.
  
 DO NOT REMOVE ANY SHEETS FROM THE PACKAGE. THIS
 PREVIOUSLY PASSED BUILDING, BUT THERE ARE NO PLANS
 STAMPED BY BUILDING SO IT IS NOT CLEAR WHAT WAS
