 OPENING ON NORTH WEST WALL. REVISE FLOOR PLAN AND
 EXTERIOR ELEVATION.
  
 2- PROVIDE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1 HOUR FIRE
 RATED ASSEMBLY AT THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF EAVE AT THE
 ZERO LOT LINE SIDE AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R302.1(1)
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: KEEP IN MIND DECORATIVE RAFTERS
 SPECIFIED ON DETAIL C ON SHEET 5A MAY NOT COMPLY. ALSO,
 ROOF FASCIA NEEDS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FIRE RATED
 ASSEMBLY.
  
 3- SHEET CS1: REVISE THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY. ACCORDING
 TO SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS BUILDINGS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED AND
 REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET 6A. ALSO, CLARIFY
 WHY THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WINDOW #002 IS -00.00?
  
 4- DETAILS 3 AND 6 OF SHEET 9A DON'T COMPLY WITH THE
 INSPECTION FOR TERMITES CLEARANCE AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R318.7 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO COMPLY.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE GARAGE DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL.
 SPECIFY STRUCTURAL BUCK SIZE AND FASTENER TYPE AND
 SPACING. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ARE DONE FOR WORST CASE
 SCENARIO. LARGE SLIDING GLASS DOORS (128S.F.) AND ALL
 WINDOWS LOCATED ON THE SAME EXTERIOR ELEVATION ARE
 ENTERED AS FACING NORTH-WEST AND ROTATED 90 DEGREES FOR
 WORST CASE SCENARIO. THIS IS INCORRECT. THE ACTUAL
 ORIENTATION OF THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND WINDOWS IS
 SOUTH-WEST NOT NORTH-WEST. IT LOOKS LIKE MAYBE THE
 ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING IS THE
 WORST CASE SCENARIO BECAUSE MOST OF THE GLASS AREA IS
 FACING SOUTH-EAST AND SOUTH-WEST. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 CALCULATIONS FOR EACH ORIENTATION AS REQUIRED BY THE
 EXCEPTION OF SEC. R405.4.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION OR
 PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION
 OF THE BUILDING.
  
 B) REVISE/CLARIFY DOOR TYPE INFORMATION SHOWN ON PAGE 3
 OF 4. WHERE ARE THE WOOD DOORS. PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 ENTRY DOORS IS FOR GLAZED FIBERGLASS DOOR. THIS DOOR
 NEEDS TO BE ENTERED IN THE WINDOW AREA AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R405.5.3.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) REVISE THE WALL TYPE SPECIFIED ON PAGE 3 OF 4 FOR
 THE GARAGE AREA. ACCORDING TO THE WCI/PLAN STANDARDS ON
 SHEET 6A ALL INTERIOR WALLS ARE METAL NOT WOOD. SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 D) IT LOOKS LIKE THE THE NOTARY PUBLIC IS SIGNING FOR
 THE OWNER ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 AND FOR THE BUILDER ON THE EPL DISPLAY CARD. ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS MAY BE SIGNED BY AN AGENT LEGALLY
 DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. PROVIDE PROOF THAT OWNER
 ASSIGNED THIS AGENT.
 ON THE OTHER HAND, WHY IS THE NOTARY PUBLIC SIGNING FOR
 THE BUILDER?. BUILDER NEEDS TO SIGN.
  
 ******PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 *****PLEASE INSERT ANY REVISED DRAWING AND REMOVE OLD
 DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMITT OLD
 DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE.
