 1. FBC 5TH EDITION RESIDENTIAL 4501.17, REVISE PLAN TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH POOL BARRIER REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. DOES THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY ALSO HAVE A POOL, AND
 DOES THE POOL HAVE A POOL BARRIER, OR IS THE WALL TO BE
 DEMOLISHED SERVING AS A POOL BARRIER FOR THAT POOL AS
 WELL? IF YES, THE NEIGHBOR WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE
 PENDING DEMOLITION PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 3. HOW WILL DRAINAGE BE AFFECTED? IT APPEARS THAT,
 SINCE THE LOT IS HIGHER THAN THE ADJACENT LOT, REMOVAL
 OF THE RETAINING WALL WILL ALLOW THE LOT TO DRAIN ONTO
 THE ADJACENT LOT. A DRAINAGE CERTIFICATE SHOWING
 POSITIVE DRAINAGE (WATER TO BE DIRECTED TO AN APPROVED
 LOCATION) WILL BE REQUIRED IF A RETENTION SYSTEM IS NOT
