 IS A CHANGE OF USE WITHIN THE SAME OCCUPANCY GROUP TO

 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE

 THYBAR TC-5 STYLE STEEL ROOF ?CURB FOR CARRIER ROOF TOP
 UNITS AND ANCHORING TO THE ROOF TOP FRAMING. . WHICH IS
 TO BE USED IN THIS INSTALLATION?
 1ST ROUND COMMENT. SHEET 3.4M SHOWS ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT.
 RTU 1 IS NOT CLEAR IF THIS UNIT IS EXISTING OR NEW.
 DETAILS SHOW 3X3 ANGLES TO BE WELDED TO THE TOP CHORD
 OF THE BAR JOIST, THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO THE
 TYPE OF WELDS, THE 3X3 ANGLES DOES NOT PROVIDE THE
 THICKNESS NOR THE LENGTH OF THE ANGLES. THE DESIGNER
 HAS NOT INDICATED POINT LOADING OF THE BAR JOIST AND OR
 STRENGTHENING OF BAR JOIST FOR THE ADDITIONAL LOADING.
 THE ROOF TOP CURB SIZE IS NOT PROVIDED, NOR PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE CURB WERE SUBMITTED.
 MISSING INFORMATION. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1.3.
 2014 FBC-M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND
 PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 BRACKET QUANTITY IS DETERMINED BY PROJECT SPECIFIC
 CALCULATIONS, PERFORMED BY A FLORIDA LICENSED PE OR
 FLORIDA REGISTERED ARCHITECT THAT CONSIDER THE UNIQUE
 COMBINATION OF THE UNIT SIZE AND APPLICABLE LATERAL AND
 UPLIFT PRESSURES FOR EACH JOB. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CALCULATION FOR HOW MANY BRACKETS WILL BE NEEDED FOR
