 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. THE
 SURVEY MUST BE LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD.
  
 2.) THE SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIBED IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES THAT ONLY INTERIOR WORK TO THE
 EXISTING RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND THE CLUBHOUSE WILL
 BE DONE; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN (SHEET SP 1.1) ALSO
 SHOWS THAT EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS PROPOSED FOR THE
 EXISTING RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX. SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS AND REVIEWS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPOSED WORK (I.E. FREESTANDING SIGNAGE, NEW SHUFFLE
 BOARD COURT, NEW PLAYGROUND, PERIMETER FENCING,
 ENTRANCE GATES, ETC.).
  
 3.) THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROPOSED "CAR CARE AREA." THE
 CAR CARE AREA CANNOT BE PROVIDED UNLESS ADEQUATE
 PARKING IS PROVIDED FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NUMBER OF
 EXISTING PARKING SPACES AND IF THE EXISTING PARKING
 MEETS CURRENT ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 REQUIREMENT FOR THE USE. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE
 DETAILED IN TABLE FORM IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE PROPOSED FENCE AND GATE
 SYSTEM.
  
 REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
