 DIMENSION LARGER THAN 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE CLOTH SCREENING,
 HARDWARE CLOTH, OR SIMILAR MATERIAL WITH OPENINGS
 HAVING A LEAST DIMENSION OF 1/16 INCH (1.6 MM) MINIMUM
 AND 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM. OPENINGS IN ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 R802.1.8. REQUIRED VENTILATION OPENINGS SHALL OPEN
 DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE AIR.
 - R806.2 MINIMUM VENT AREA. THE MINIMUM NET FREE
 VENTILATING AREA SHALL BE 1/150 OF THE AREA OF THE
 VENTED SPACE.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE R-VALUES OF THE WALL AND CEILING
 INSULATION ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 9) PROVIDE STAIR GUARDRAIL DETAILS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING:
 - FBC-R R301.5 LIVE LOAD. THE MINIMUM UNIFORMLY
 DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOAD SHALL BE AS PROVIDED IN TABLE
 R301.5. A 200 PSF LIVE LOAD APPLIED IN ANY DIRECTION AT
 ANY POINT ALONG THE TOP. GUARD IN-FILL COMPONENTS (ALL
 THOSE EXCEPT THE HANDRAIL), BALUSTERS AND PANEL FILLERS
 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND A HORIZONTALLY APPLIED
 NORMAL LOAD OF 50 POUNDS ON AN AREA EQUAL TO 1 SQUARE
 FOOT. THIS LOAD NEED NOT BE ASSUMED TO ACT CONCURRENTLY
 WITH ANY OTHER LIVE LOAD REQUIREMENT.
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R302.11 FIREBLOCKING SHALL
 BE PROVIDED IN WOOD-FRAME CONSTRUCTION IN THE FOLLOWING
 LOCATIONS: (3) IN CONCEALED SPACES BETWEEN STAIR
 STRINGERS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE RUN. ENCLOSED
 SPACES UNDER STAIRS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION R302.7.
  
 11) ON SHEET A.7.1 THE PLANS SPECIFY WOOD WINDOWS AND
 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE FOR
 ALUMINUM WINDOWS. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 12) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE LARGE
 MISSILE IMPACT RATED FIXED WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN
