 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-207(2)C. OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), A MAXIMUM OF
 ONE (1) SIGN IS PERMITTED PER ENTRANCE INTO THE
 DEVELOPMENT, AND NO TWO SIGNS SHALL BE WITHIN 500 FEET
 OF EACH OTHER.
  
 2. PLANS SHALL NOTE THE SETBACK OF THE SIGN FROM THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE ALONG CONGRESS AVENUE. PURSUANT
 TO SEC. 94-207(2)E.2. OF THE ZLDR, SIGNS SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 20 FEET FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. PLANS SHALL NOTE THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN, AND THE
 OVERALL STRUCTURE, AS MEASURED FROM GRADE. PURSUANT TO
 SEC. 94-207(2)F.1. OF THE ZLDR, FREESTANDING SIGNS
 SHALL NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 4. BASED UPON PRELIMINARY LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT HAVE
 BEEN SUBMITTED FOR THIS AREA, THE PROPOSED SIGN
 LOCATION SHOWN IN THE PERMIT PACKAGE DOES NOT MATCH THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE
 CONSISTENT.
