 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE COVERSHEET D-1 LIST THE BUILDING DATA AND
 OCCUPANCY TYPES. THIS BUILDING IS CONSIDERED A MIXED
 USE BUILDING BETWEEN BUSINESS AND STORAGE OCCUPANCY.
 THERE SEAMS TO BE A DISCREPANCY AS TO WHICH STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY A S1 OR S2 TYPE OF OCCUPANCY. THE BUILDING
 DATA LIST THE WAREHOUSE AS AN S1 TYPE OCCUPANCY. JUST
 BELOW THE BUILDING DATA LISTING THERE IS A STATEMENT,
 LOW HAZARD WAREHOUSE/ BUSINESS. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION
 311.2 OF THE 2014 FBC-B. THIS SECTION INDICATES S1 TYPE
 OCCUANCIES MODERATE-HAZARD STORAGE, NOT A LOW HAZARD
 TYPE STORAGE (S-2) SECTION 311.3.
  
 2) DEPENDING ON THE OUTCOME OF THE TYPE OF STORAGE S1
 OR S2 (UNSPRINKLERED BUILDING) PLEASE SEE TABLE 508.4
 REQUIRED FIRE RATINGS BETWEEN THE STORAGE AND BUSINESS

 PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST.
 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS
 EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING
 RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS INSTALLING GRAB BARS,
 ENLARGING TOILET STALLS, INSULATING PIPES, OR
 INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET CONTROLS; (III) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH
 AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT,
 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN INACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 2014 ACCESS. CODE 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER. NO FEWER THAN
 TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH 602.6 AND ONE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.7.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
