 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET 002_A001 THE SITE PLAN UNDER THE HEADING OF
 BUILDING DATA LIST THIS BUILDING OCCUPANCY AS A UTILITY
 CLASSIFICATION.
 SECTION 312 OF THE 2014 FBC-B LIST SHEDS, CARPORTS,
 PRIVATE GARQAGES AND BARNS AS EXAMPLES OF A UTILITY
 OCCUPANCY, NONE OF THESE TYPE STRUCTURES HAVE
 OCCUPIABLE SPACE. THIS SPACE RESEMBLES MORE A BUSINESS
 TYPE OF OCCUPANCY WHERE ONE OR MORE PERSONS MONITORS
 THE SECURITY OF THE DEVELOPMENT BY WHO ENTERS THE
 PROJECT. PLEASE ALSO NOTE UNDER TABLE 1004.1.2. THERE
 ARE NO CLASSIFICATIONS FOR OCCUPANT LOADS FOR THE
 UTILITY USAGE. WITH A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY A OCCUPANCY
 LOAD OF 3 WOULD BE ASSIGNED TO THE BUILDING.
  
 2) SHEET 006_A102 THE KITCHENETTE DETAIL SHOWS A
 MICROWAVE ABOVE THE REACH RANGES AND RANGE FOR OPERABLE
 PARTS. SEE THE 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS 308
 & 309 FOR CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 3) SHEET 014-A501 THE WATER CLOSET GRAB BARS THE
 HEIGHTS ARE LISTED FROM FINISH FLOOR TO THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE GRAB BARS. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. THIS CODE MEASURES THE GRAB BAR
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRASABLE SURFACE SEE SECTION 609.4.
  
 4) SHEET 016_A602 DETAIL FOR SLIDING DOOR HEAD DETAIL
 INDICATES THE USE OF BLOCKING/ BUCK. THE NOTE INDICATES
 FASTENERING PER MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS. PLEASE
 NOTE PRODUCT APPROVALS DO NOT INDICATE HOW TO FASTEN
 BUCKS, THAT IS UP TO THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO PROVIDE
 THE THICKNESS OF THE BUCKS AND ANCHORS. PLEASE ALSO SEE
 THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE 2014 FBC-B 1710.10 MASONRY,
 CONCRETE OR OTHER STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE.
 WHERE THE WOOD SHIM OR BUCK THICKNESS IS LESS THAN 1
 1/2 INCHES (38 MM), WINDOW AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE
 ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN FRAME OR BY JAMB CLIP OR
 SUBFRAME SYSTEM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S
 PUBLISHED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. ANCHORS SHALL BE
 SECURELY FASTENED DIRECTLY INTO THE MASONRY, CONCRETE
 OR OTHER STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE MATERIAL. UNLESS
 OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED. SHIMS SHALL BE
 MADE FROM MATERIALS CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING APPLICABLE
 LOADS, LOCATED AND APPLIED IN A THICKNESS CAPABLE OF
 SUSTAINING APPLICABLE LOADS. ANCHORS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO TRANSFER LOAD FROM THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME TO THE
 ROUGH OPENING SUBSTRATE.
  
 WHERE THE WOOD BUCK THICKNESS IS 1 1/2 INCHES (38 MM)
 OR GREATER, THE BUCK SHALL BE SECURELY FASTENED TO
 TRANSFER LOAD TO THE MASONRY, CONCRETE OR OTHER
 STRUCTURAL SUBSTRATE AND THE BUCK SHALL EXTEND BEYOND
 THE INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME. WINDOW
 AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN
 FRAME OR BY JAMB CLIP OR SUBFRAME SYSTEM OR THROUGH THE
 FLANGE TO THE SECURED WOOD BUCK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 MANUFACTURER?S PUBLISHED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
 UNLESS OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED. SHIMS SHALL BE
 MADE FROM MATERIALS CAPABLE OF SUSTAINING APPLICABLE

 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
