 9- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM WITHIN 10'-0" OF EACH
 BEDROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 10- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT (EVEN FOR
 OWNER/BUILDER) AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $35,000. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $901.98.
