 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE

 1) NEITHER THE PLANS NOR THE PERMIT APPLICATION PROVIDE
 THE SUITE NUMBER IDENTIFYING WHERE THE WORK UNDER THIS
 PERMIT WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED. THE INSPECTORS NEED THIS
 INFORMATION TO LOCATE THE PROJECT AS WELL FOR RECORD
 RETENTION.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS..
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE PROJECT.
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY,
 OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS
 ADDRESS, MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 THE DOORWAY BETWEEN THE WAITING ROOM AND
 HALLWAY 115 DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED 18 INCHES ON THE
 LATCH SIDE OF THE DOORWAY IN COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 404.2.4.1.
  
 3) SHEET A-1 THE 2ND EXITING DOORWAY FROM THE SPACE IS
 CENTERED IN THE WALL BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4.1.

 ABOVE IS NEW OR EXISTING, IF EXISTING COMPLIANCE WITH
 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST. PLEASE SHOW IN AN
 ITEMIZED LIST WHERE UP TO 20 % OF THE CONTRACT VALUE
 WOULD BE USED IN MAKING THIS OFFICE COMPLIANT WITH THE
 EXISITNG BUILDING CODE AND ACCESSIBILITY CODES.
 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN
 THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY. WHEN THE COST OF
 ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE
 ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS DISPROPORTIONATE TO
 THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION, THE PATH OF TRAVEL
 SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE
 MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING DISPROPORTIONATE
 COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO
 PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS
 THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING
 ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (III) AT LEAST ONE
 ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX
 RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES; (V) ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND
 ALARMS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
