 VIA-MAIL:
 A) CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ARE NOT THE RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS. PROVIDE THE ACTUAL RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF
 NOA 15-0921.05 SUBMITTED.
 NEED CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, TTH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY USING 12 FASTENERS FOR THE
 FIELD AND PERIMETER AREAS AND 16 FASTENERS FOR THE
 CORNER AREAS. WHERE IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED
 SPECIFIES THAT FASTENER DENSITY. SEE PAGE 16 OF 29 OF
 NOA SUBMITTED.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) ENGINEER TO PROVIDE ILLUSTRATION SHOWING THE
 LOCATION OF THE NUMBER OF FASTENERS SPECIFIED ON THE
 PREVIOUS COMMENT AS REQUIRED BY FIGURE 2 OR FIGURE 3 OF
 RAS 117.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY PROVIDING A "FASTENER
 SPACING REDUCTION FACTOR CALCULATIONS". THE PURPOSE OF
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS IS TO PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCEMENT NOT
 NAIL REDUCTION.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 E) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE "GIVEN DATA". THE SYSTEM
 MANUFACTURER FOR THE ROOF SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED IS NOT
 GAF. SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
 SEC. 1074.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 F) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE "DESIGN CRITERIA". WHY THE
 LINE FOR INSULATION IS N/A IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY ON
 PAGE 16 IS FOR AN INSULATED ASSEMBLY. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
 SEC. 1074.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 G) ENGINEER TO CLARIFY SECOND PARAGRAPH OF THE
 CONCLUSION. IS THIS A 4" X 4" ISO-INSULATION PANEL OR
 4' X 4' ISO-INSULATION PANEL?.
