 BETWEEN BUILDINGS. THIS PLAN DEPICTS THE OUTLINE OF THE
 APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND RECREATION/ LEASING CENTER
 WHICH SURROUND THE POOL AND POOL DECK. THE BUILDING
 ELEVATION PLANS OF THESE BUILDINGS DOES NOT INDICATE
 HOW SEPERATION FROM THE APARTMENT PATIO DECKS (FIRST
 FLOOR) AND THE POOL AND POOL DECK AREAS AND COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2014 FBC-B 454.1.3.1.9. ACCESS THROUGH THE BARRIER
 OR FENCE FROM DWELLING UNITS, SUCH AS HOMES,
 APARTMENTS, MOTEL ROOMS AND HOTEL ROOMS, SHALL BE
 THROUGH SELF-CLOSING, SELF-LATCHING LOCKABLE GATES OF
 48 INCH (1219 MM) MINIMAL HEIGHT FROM THE FLOOR OR
 GROUND WITH THE LATCH LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 54 INCHES
 (1372 MM) FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE GATE OR AT LEAST 3
 INCHES (76 MM) BELOW THE TOP OF THE GATE ON THE POOL
 SIDE.
  
 2) SHEET 1 OF 7 THE SAME POOL SEPARTION ISSUE OCCURS
 WITHIN THE RECREATION/ LEASING BUILDING AND POOL/ POOL
 DECK AREA PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2014 FBC-B 454.1.3.1.9. ACCESS THROUGH THE BARRIER OR
 FENCE FROM DWELLING UNITS, SUCH AS HOMES, APARTMENTS,
 MOTEL ROOMS AND HOTEL ROOMS, SHALL BE THROUGH
 SELF-CLOSING, SELF-LATCHING LOCKABLE GATES OF 48 INCH
 (1219 MM) MINIMAL HEIGHT FROM THE FLOOR OR GROUND WITH
 THE LATCH LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 54 INCHES (1372 MM) FROM
 THE BOTTOM OF THE GATE OR AT LEAST 3 INCHES (76 MM)
 BELOW THE TOP OF THE GATE ON THE POOL SIDE. IF THE
 SELF-CLOSING, SELF-LATCHING GATE IS ALSO SELF-LOCKING
 AND IS OPERATED BY A KEY LOCK, ELECTRONIC OPENER OR
 INTEGRAL COMBINATION LOCK, THEN THE OPERABLE PARTS OF
 SUCH LOCKS OR OPENERS SHALL BE 34 INCHES MINIMUM (864
 MM) AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED
 FLOOR OR GROUND. DOORED ACCESS POINTS FROM PUBLIC ROOMS
 SUCH AS LOBBIES OR CLUB HOUSES NEED NOT BE THROUGH
 GATES IF THE DOOR(S) MEET THE SAME SELF-CLOSING,
 SELF-LATCHING REQUIREMENTS AS A GATE. GATES SHALL OPEN
 OUTWARD AWAY FROM THE POOL AREA.
  
 3) BOTH SHEETS 2 & 4 SHOW (2) POOL HEATERS, PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 ENERGY CODE C404.7.3 COVERS.
 HEATED SWIMMING POOLS AND INGROUND PERMANENTLY
 INSTALLED SPAS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A VAPOR-RETARDANT
 COVER ON OR AT THE WATER SURFACE OR A LIQUID COVER OR
 OTHER MEANS PROVEN TO REDUCE HEAT LOSS.
 EXCEPTION: OUTDOOR POOLS DERIVING OVER 70 PERCENT OF
 THE ENERGY FOR HEATING FROM SITE-RECOVERED ENERGY, SUCH
 AS A HEAT PUMP OR SOLAR ENERGY SOURCE COMPUTED OVER AN
 OPERATING SEASON.
  
 4) THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY MEANS OF AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE, NOR DOES THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE
 APARTMENTS DO NOT RECEIVE GOVERNMENT FINANIAL
 ASSISTANCE OR SPONSORSHIP AND WHOSE FACILITIES ARE
 INTENDED SOLEY FOR THE USE OF RESIDENTS AND THEIR
 GUESTS, ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND
 SECTION1009.2.1 POOL LIFTS.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
